6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

All products sold by BONUS OPPORTUNITY are covered by the statutory two-year legal guarantee as required under Portuguese and EU consumer protection law.
