We deliver across Portugal and throughout the European Union. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Within Portugal, orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. For EU destinations, please allow 4–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time through our carrier's website.

Yes. All products sold by BONUS OPPORTUNITY carry a minimum two-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU and Portuguese consumer protection law. If you experience any issue with a product, please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Most of the accessories we carry are compatible with both Windows and macOS, as well as Linux systems. Product compatibility details are always provided in the product description. If you have a specific compatibility question, feel free to reach out to us before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@bonus-opportunity.com to initiate a return.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at info@bonus-opportunity.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
